Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / MR522 Windang Bridge Scour Protection Work - 22.0000129355.1010

Tenders are invited for scour protection of the Windang Bridge on MR522.

The scope of work comprises of the following but not limited to:

• dredging and placement of rip rap scour protection from south of pier 11 to just short of the footpath under the bridge at abutment B.

The works are located at Windang Bridge over the Lake Illawarra entrance channel about 90 kilometres south of Sydney on the Windang / Shellharbour Road (MR522). This bridge links the Local Government Areas of Wollongong City Council in the north to Shellharbour City Council in the south.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 10am on Wednesday 7 December 2022 at the Club Windang 2-6 Judbooley Parade, Windang NSW 2528. Site inspection will happen after the pre-tender meeting. 

Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pre-tender meeting by COB Friday 2 December 2022 by emailing nalini.poonam@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘pre-tender meeting attendance confirmation – 22.0000129355.1010 - MR522 Windang Bridge Scour Protection Work’.
