Tender Details
The WFU (Project) will require a Soil Conservation Specialist to fulfil set tasks as defined in the approved conditions of approval and WHTWFU EIS and Submissions Report. You will be required to provide advice on the implementation of Erosion and Sediment Controls and associated plans per the Blue Book requirements.
The Project is funded by the NSW Government and is being procured and delivered by TfNSW.
TfNSW is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to participate in the tender process for the Project.
To successfully participate in the tender process for the Project, organisations and their nominated Soil Conservation Specialist/s:
1.Must execute (to the satisfaction of TfNSW) the Confidentiality Deed Poll to receive the tender documents and must return to TfNSW via mdptenders@rms.nsw.gov.au by 11:00am (AEST) 10th Feb 2021.
2. Must provide evidences/substantiations to meet the minimum requirements listed below along with an executed confidentiality deed poll.
A. Must have previously provided soil conservation services to a linear infrastructure project in NSW.
B.Must hold a CPESC certification and/or equivalent qualification and experience.
C. Must have knowledge of and experience in implementing the Managing Urban Stormwater – Soils and Construction, Volume 1 (Landcom, 2004) ie “Blue Book”.
D. Provide example/s of previous Soil Conservation Inspection Reports for linear infrastructure projects.
E. Must have capacity to provide services for the duration of the project’s program; anticipated to conclude in 2026.
TfNSW will accept receipt of tenders until 2:30pm on 3rd March 2021.
Without any obligation to do so, where the integrity of the tender process is not compromised, TfNSW may determine (in its absolute discretion) that it is appropriate to consider a late tender submission.
