Applications are invited to become a member of the Comprehensive Technical Services Panel.
The Comprehensive Technical Services Panel is to establish a pool of suppliers to provide composite technical professional services. The Panel will be used for significant and complex projects that improve the State urban and rural arterial road network.
The services include development and delivery of integrated professional services notably; strategic, concept road and bridge designs, detailed road and bridge designs, management and coordination of bridge, environment, urban design, landscape, traffic engineering, drainage and road safety aspects, and various specialist sub-consultant contracts as required, to deliver complete motorway and major road projects.
The services are grouped into six service categories:
• Standard road design
• Complex road design
• Standard bridge design
• Complex bridge design
• Geotechnical consulting services
• Environmental assessment and management
A pre-tender meeting will be held at 3pm on Tuesday, 9 July 2019 at 20 – 44 Ennis Road, Milsons Point, 2061. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory.
All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code). Copies of the NSW Framework and NSW Code are available at www.procurepoint.nsw.gov.au.
