Tenders are invited from companies Registered with Transport for NSW under the Technical Services Registration Scheme, Category – Environmental Impact Assessment Preliminary Environmental Investigations to provide Water Quality and Level Monitoring Services for the M12 Motorway Project.

The scope of the services includes: sampling and testing of surface water and groundwater quality, logging of groundwater levels and six-monthly reports on surface water and groundwater (as separate reports). Services will be required throughout the construction and operational phase of the M12 Motorway.

A pre-tender meeting will be held in Parramatta. Please RSVP with number of personnel attending the pre-tender meeting by 8^th July. Once numbers are confirmed the location, date and time will be advised. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) to the Contact Officer prior to being given the passcode to access the Request for Tender documents.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code). Copies of the NSW Framework and NSW Code are available at  www.buy.nsw.gov.au.
