Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Supply and delivery of waterborne road marking paint and glass beads within regional NSW - RMS.20.0000302128.0490

Tenders are invited for supply and delivery of waterborne road marking paint and glass beads for TfNSW state-wide delivery line marking works.

This is a Work-as-Ordered Panel Contract based on a schedule of rates.

It is estimated that over 1.1 million litres of waterborne road marking paint is required per annum in accordance with RMS QA specification 3356; and over 1000 tonnes of glass beads is required per annum in bulk and bagged form in accordance with RMS QA specification 3353.

Suppliers are to supply and deliver the products to TfNSW depots based at Grafton, Tamworth, Dubbo, Wagga Wagga and Hay.

The maximum contract term will be five years, consisting of a 36 month initial term, with an extension period of up to 24 months.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
