Tenders are invited from professional services contractors with appropriate qualifications and extensive experience in Aboriginal heritage assessment to:

·      Undertake archaeological salvage for the project in accordance with Appendix E of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Report (May 2020).

·      Provide advice and support for the Aboriginal stakeholders’ cultural salvage.

·      Provide archaeological advice during pre-construction and construction on any new areas not previously impacted by the project.

·      Attend Aboriginal Focus group meetings and consult with registered Aboriginal parties during construction of the project.

The requirements for these works are outlined in the Request for Tender (RFT), Professional Services Contract, and the Scope of Works supplied.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
