Transport for NSW (Transport) is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to participate in the Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide Environmental Representative Services for the M1 Pacific Motorway extension to Raymond Terrace Project.
The scope of the services includes proposal of both an Environmental Representative (ER) and an alternate/additional Environment Representative. The services the ER must provide are in accordance with the Environmental Representative Protocol (DPIE, October 2018) provided, and the baseline Conditions of Approval.
In order to participate in the EOI process, organisations must provide sufficient information to demonstrate the ER and alternate ER(s) compliance with the minimum conditions. Please see minimum conditions for participation listed in Attachment 1 of the Expression of Interest.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
