Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Spring Farm Parkway Stage 1 - 21.0000139286.1577.ROI

Registration of Interest (ROI) are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Transport for NSW for the construction of the Spring Farm Parkway Stage 1 project. The project includes the construction of a new four lane divided road (Spring Farm Parkway) extending about 0.9 kilometres from Menangle Road west to Menangle Park land release, a grade separated interchange to connect Spring Farm Parkway with the Hume Motorway with north facing entry and exit ramps to and from the motorway,  a two-span 64m long precast super-T girder bridge over the Hume Motorway, and an upgrade to Menangle Road including widening and tie-ins to suit the new intersection with Spring Farm Parkway to cater for forecasted traffic demand.

Prospective tenderers must:

• be prequalified with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification Scheme for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts at Category R5 for roadworks and B4 for bridgeworks;

• possess Financial Level F75 or higher; and

• have substantial experience with similar work.

The successful tenderer will be selected through a two phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit this ROI. A short list of applicants will then be selected from this ROI process and invited to tender for the work.

A briefing session for potential Registration of Interest applicants will be held via MS Teams on Tuesday 3 August 2021 at 9am. The session will run for approximately 2 hours.
