This is a Quality Assurance contract.
Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government's Code of Practice for Procurement for the Construction Industry.
Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors at Roadworks Class R5 or higher and Bridgeworks Class B2 or higher.
The project involves construction of 0.7 km of roadworks including earthworks, drainage and pavement works and the design and construction of a bridge and retaining wall.
Tender documents may be purchased for $55.00 per set. Please note that documents will be supplied in electronic format on CD.
A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:00am, Thursday 23 November 2006 at the Kempsey Macleay RSL Club located at 1 York Lane, Kempsey.
Tenderers purchasing the documents will be advised of the full details for the meeting.
Attendance at both the meeting and site inspection is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.
