The Roads and Traffic Authority (NSW) is seeking expressions of interest for the construction fitout of a new motor registry at 27 Argyle Street, Parramatta, NSW.
The scope of work includes the construction and fitout of a newly constructed, yet-to-be occupied retail area of approx 370sqm, including alterations to base building services, installation of IT/comms, motor registry/office fit out and amenity area.
The work is expected to be tendered in March 2008 with work to be completed in July 2008.
Interested parties are to submit a capability statement comprising:
* Experience in fitout work of a similar type.
* Financial background.
* Availability of resources and team profile.
* Ability to manage the project within the time frame.
Tenders will be sought from a maximum of 5 contractors selected from the expressions of interest.
All capability statements must comply with the NSW Government's Code of Practice for Procurement
