Tender Details
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders to undertake Seed Collection, Storage, Propagation and Delivery Services for the Great Western Highway Upgrade Program (GWHUP).
The successful tenderer will provide skills, expertise and resources for collection, storage and subsequent propagation of seeds for all sections of the GWHUP including delivery to site. The program is expected to extend from 2022 to 2028 with an expected storage life-span of up to 5 years. Seedlings and plants will need to be provided at nominated times following development of the landscaping requirements and plant schedules (by others) for the various sections of the project.
This is an open tender. Participation in the tender process is limited to contractors who meet the minimum requirements set out below.
Minimum Requirements
Tenderers are required to meet the following minimum requirements to submit a conforming tender:
· Scientific License under Section 132C of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974; and
· License under Part 2 of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016.
A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:00am on Thursday 18 November 2021 via MS Teams. Registration of attendance is required via email confirmation to GWHTenders@transport.nsw.gov.au by Wednesday 16 November 2021. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government's Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) , NSW Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and the New South Wales Government's Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
