Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Transaction Advisory Services for the Princes Highway Upgrade Program - 22.0000139265.2182.RFP

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites Proposals for the provision of Transaction Advisory Services for multiple projects within the Princes Highway Upgrade Program.

TFNSW is seeking Services from the Transaction Advisor to implement market best practices for the facilitation of a portfolio approach to a three-phase procurement.

The Services also include Options for specialist commercial and transaction management resources to assist project staff and other specialist advisors (Environmental, Probity, Legal and Financial) for the preparation of:

·        Registration of Interest (ROI) documentation,

·        The preparation and documentation of commercial criteria and Request for Tender (RFT) activities,

·        Tender assessment, and 

·        Contract negotiation phases for the procurement of multiple projects.

A tender briefing will be held online at 11am on 8 December 2022 over MS Teams.

The return of the CDP will see the prospective tenderer added to a pre-registration list so as to be sent the online MS Teams link to be able to access the tender briefing meeting at the nominated day and time.

Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the Confidentiality Deed Poll (in accordance with the instructions in the deed) to the Contact Officer prior to being given the passcode to access the Request for Proposal documents.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
