Tender Details

Tenders are invited from companies registered with Transport for NSW under Panel Contract Number 18.0000302605.0359, the Noise Abatement Program Advisory Consultants to provide residential building acoustic treatment management and advisory services for the M12 Motorway Project.  The scope of works for this project refers to At Property Noise Treatment Advisory and Project Management Services in two packages as follows:

• Package 1: Work Order Number 18.0000302605.0359 – 0029.
The estimated number of properties in this Work Order is 111 properties.

• Package 2: Work Order Number 18.0000302605.0359 – 0032.
The estimated number of properties in this Work Order is 114 properties.

The Tenderers can submit their tenders for either Package 1 or Package 2.

A pre-tender meeting is not required.

Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) to the Contact Officer prior to being given the passcode to access the Request for Tender documents.
