Transport for NSW require the successful tenderer to nominate an Acoustic Advisor (AA) and back-up AA who is independent of the design and construction personnel for the Coffs Harbour Bypass Project.   

The AA’s scope of services relates to the construction of the State Significant Infrastructure (SSI), being construction of the Coffs Harbour Bypass including all associated early work activities with specific involvement in all noise and vibration generating activities and documents.

All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
