Tender Details
The scope of Works includes, but is not limited to:
- Detailed design of a cap that meets the requirements of the RAP. The cap must be designed to have at least a 50 year design life with no requirements for active maintenance;
- Preparation of all management plans as per the EIS, CDC, Specification’s requirements, and the list detailed in Clause 2.3
- Confirmation whether the design requires an amendment of the planning approvals;
- Obtaining amendments to the approvals, licences and permits (at Contractor’s cost and risk), if necessary, including any amendments to those provided by the Principal in accordance with C2-GC21 Item 14;
- Obtaining all necessary approvals, licences and permits (excluding those initially provided by the Principal in accordance with C2-GC21 Item 14);
- Dilapidation/Condition survey of Jackson Place (excluding Jackson Place Cottages);
- All Temporary Works necessary for the establishment of plant, equipment, and facilities on the Site to support the delivery of the Works;
- Implementation of all mitigation measures required by the EIS and the conditions of approval, including but not limited to:
- Organisation of vegetation pre-clearance surveys and preparation of associated reports;
- Installation of all erosion and sediment controls;
- Installation of tree protection measures;
- Clearing of the vegetation
- Reprofiling the Site
- Classification and tracking all waste removed from Site and all material imported to the Site
- Installation of the GCL
- Landscaping the Site in accordance with the Landscape Plan;
- Implementation of the monitoring and validation program in accordance with the RAP and this Specification
- Preparation of the Site Validation Report to the satisfaction of the Site Auditor
- Development of the Long Term Environmental Management Plan (LTEMP) to the satisfaction of the Site Auditor

Eligibility to Tender
To be eligible to tender, the Tenderer must:
o be certified ISO 140001/9001;
o engage their Validation Consultant from the list of pre-qualified Consultants in Construction from NSW Whole of Government Scheme 1191;
o hold a current Class A (friable) Asbestos Removal License issued by SafeWork NSW;
o attend the pre-tender briefing OR the site inspection (see section 5.2);

· TfNSW will be conducting a pre-tender Briefing via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 12 May 2021. Details of this Briefing will be provided to prospective Tenderers after completing and returning a Confidentiality Deed Poll to the Contact Officer.
