Tenders are invited from companies Registered with Transport for NSW under the Technical Services Registration Scheme, Category – Environmental Impact Assessment Preliminary Environment Investigations to provide the preparation of Overarching Construction Environmental Management Plan (OCEMP) and Environmental Assessment Services for M12 Motorway Project.

Participation in this tender process is open to all companies registered on the TfNSW Technical Service Registration Scheme in the Environmental Impact Assessment - Preliminary Environment Investigations Category as at the date that this RFT was advertised.

This work consists of the preparation of an OCEMP (including sub-plans), Staging Report, Compliance Tracking Program, Environmental Audit Program and other Environmental Assessment as directed by Transport for NSW for the M12 Motorway Project. 

There will be no pre-tender meeting for this tender.

Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) to the Contact Officer prior to being given the passcode to access the Request for Tender documents.
