Tender Details
Applications are invited to become a member of the Comprehensive Technical Services Panel.
The Comprehensive Technical Services Panel was established in October 2019 to provide a pool of suppliers to undertake composite technical professional services. The Panel is being used for significant and complex projects that improve the State urban and rural arterial road network.
The Panel currently consists of ten Panel Members and was created for a two year term, with an option to extend for a further year. Applicants who are successful following this ROI process will be appointed to the Panel in October 2020, for the remaining one year term, with an option to extend for a further year.
The Comprehensive Technical Services Panel is a closed Panel. TfNSW will not invite ROIs in 2021, it if exercises the option to extend for a further year.
The Services covered by the Comprehensive Technical Services Panel include the development, delivery, management and coordination of integrated professional services for bridge, environment, urban design, landscape, traffic engineering, drainage and road safety aspects, to deliver major road projects (including engaging specialist sub-consultants or sub-contractors as required). The Services include:
• concept road and bridge designs;
• detailed road and bridge designs;
• geotechnical investigations and designs; and
• environmental assessment.
A pre-tender meeting will not be held for this invitation. The Q&A from the first intake is included in the ROI Documents for information.
Applicants should note that the Comprehensive Technical Services Panel is for composite technical professional services and is used for significant and complex projects. This panel is different to TfNSW’s Technical Services Registration Scheme which is used for individual technical professional services. The Panel has been created separately to the scheme and they are in no way related. For queries relating to the Technical Services Registration Scheme, please email tech.suppliers@rms.nsw.gov.au.
All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
Copies of the NSW Framework and NSW Code are available at www.buy.nsw.gov.au. The NSW Guidelines are available at www.industrialrelations.nsw.gov.au.
