The sourcing of a EWM solution for Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink Customer Operations.

The Transport Cluster is currently undertaking a significant program of work to transform the way that Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink manage and engage with their rostered frontline teams.

TfNSW is looking to procure a fully scalable Workforce Management (EWM) technology solution for Customer Operations, delivered in the Cloud (as the preferred platform).

The required solution will transform the way that the Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink Customer Operations team manage their workforce through digital scalable reliable and high performing applications.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service.
