The formation of panel suppliers to provide Wet Hire (plant and operator) services in support of various Sydney Trains maintenance projects.

Sydney Trains is seeking tenders from capable suppliers for the establishment of the Wet Hire panel agreement on a non-exclusive, standing offer arrangement.
