The key outcomes that we want to achieve are: 

• Safe and reliable provision of the current contracted transport service

• Provision of services to any member of the public including people with disabilities. This may mean that the provider/s may need to assist some customers into and out of the vehicle or provide an appropriate step or other features such as wheelchair access.

• Service quality. So that customers have confidence in the reliability of the service and connections work smoothly.

• Value for money. Provision of quality services in the most cost-effective manner possible.

• Deliver a transport service to include mandatory stop locations as timetabled 

  The primary objective of this tender is to contract with a capable organisation who has the ability to deliver these services in a safe and reliable manner whilst being compliant with the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and not deviating from the Scope of Work.   

  There will be a Tender briefing including a Q & A session to be held on 16 March 2022 between 12:00pm – 1:00pm
