Tender Details
Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink has ongoing requirements for corrective (defects and emergency repairs) and routine maintenance (preventative, inspections & Technical Maintenance Plans)for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) assets across NSW rail network.
The number of sites includes 361 Stations, 31 Depots, 24 Signal boxes and a handful of other facilities for around 3000 assets. The Serviced Equipment is located in station facilities or non-station facilities.
The Serviced Equipment is distributed across the following 7 geographical separable portions (SP):
SP1 Sydney - West & North West
SP2 Sydney - South & South West
SP3 Sydney – Central
SP4 Sydney – CBD, East, Inner West & North
SP5 NSW – Blue Mountains, Far West
SP6 NSW – South & South West
SP7 NSW – North & North West
The Maintenance Services will be awarded to at least two suppliers, but no more than three suppliers according to the Award Model outlined in the Tender documents.
