Sydney Trains is inviting tenders from suitably qualified companies with experience in the 24/7 call centre management to manage our absence reporting.
The Required services are:
· A call centre manned by suitably qualified nursing or health professionals
· Customisation and delivery of the call centre for absence management
· Conduct a review and evaluation of program outcomes
The program is to be delivered in 2 stages:
Stage 1-A Pilot for up to 3000 employees for an estimated duration of 3 months
Stage 2-Optional rollout for an estimated 10,450 employees
