Tender Details

Sydney Trains seeks responses from suitably qualified suppliers to provide a Fare Compliance Management Solution to replace the existing ePins solution. 

This Request for Tender (RFT) will focus on the following: 

The primary objective of this sourcing event is to source a Fare Compliance Management Solution (FCMS) to enable transport officers to issue Penalty/Caution Notices (Notices) wirelessly, search the previous database of offences, and record their daily activities in an electronic journal on their Android Smartphones. 
The successful tenderer must provide 

(1) the FCMS and make it available for operational use by the Customer  

(2) the Mobile Application

(3) the Web Portal 

(4) the Mailing Services and Electronic Mailing Service.  

(5) the Hosting Services and  

(6) the Support Services. 

Applicants must complete and execute a Process and Confidentiality Deed Poll as a prerequisite for registration for the RFT and as a condition precedent to releasing the remaining RFT Documents.
