Master Services Agreement – Track, Civil, Signalling and Electrical Services
Sydney Trains is establishing a Master Services Agreement (MSA) for the supply of track, civil, geotechnical, signalling and electrical maintenance works . The purpose of this tender is to shortlist eligible members for inclusion in the MSA based on assessment of contractors technical capability, management systems, value for money, past performance on similar projects and financial capacity (stage 1). Stage 2 of the tender will then tender packages of work for the FY15/16 program. Please note the first stage of the MSA tender is open to all tenderers, however the second stage will be a select tender.
