Tender Details
The Rail Corporation New South Wales operates passenger train services throughout New South Wales.
The continuity of supply, and the timeliness of providing the timetables is critical to the services provided to customers and passengers.
The purpose of this Tender therefore is to secure a suitable supplier, that can provide cost effective, efficient and timely printing of the train timetables and posters as described in Appendix 5 of Part C of this Request for Tender (RFT), for use by passengers of the CityRail Network.
Tenderers need to be aware that operational constraints may require RailCorp to provide less than the optimum amount of notice concerning the printing of urgent requirements. To cater for these circumstances, RailCorp requires Tenderers to clearly demonstrate their ability to secure faster turnaround in the Tender Schedule 3 ? Price Schedule.
The Supply Agreement period is 24 months from the date of acceptance, with two optional extension of 12 months each, at the absolute discretion of RailCorp.

Additional Details / Instructions
A Pre-Tender Briefing will be held on Wednesday, 7th June 2006 at the meeting Room on the Concourse, near the West Wing Entrance, Central Station, Sydney at 10am and 12pm. Tenderers will only be allowed to attend any one of the sessions. Only one person from the Company may attend. Prior confirmation of attendance must made by calling Ms Jean Collins on Ph. No. (02) 8202 2885.
As the room is not signposted prospective Tenderers are advised to call Jean Collins to confirm attendance. She will be there on the day to sign Tenderers in and to direct the attendees.
