Rail Corporation New South Wales (RailCorp) invites proposals for the appointment of a successful Tenderer(s) to support the design phase of the following projects:
Project 3- Financial Fixed Asset Management (FFAM) Project
Project 4- Financial Performance & Cost Management (FP&CM) Project
These projects form part of the Business Finance Improvement (BFI) Program.
The Design Phase for Project 3 and Project 4 is expected to cover the following:
(a) Developing a conceptual design for the future state "To Be" processes
(b) Ending with the finalisation of a detailed design, implementation plan and business case
(c) Is expected to take into account the findings and outcomes of the preceding current situation analysis and visioning
(d) Is expected to provide the outputs required to seek Board approval to proceed to the build and implementation phase.
