Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Clyde Yard Upgrade and Associated Works - 2006/1207

The work includes but is not limited to the following:

• All demolition and disposal of existing building work required to achieve the Scope of Work
• Provide capping & termination of utility services to demolished works.
• All demolition and/or removal of existing groundworks (ie Fencing, Concrete or Bitumen Paving, Earthworks, etc) to be undertaken by the Contractor.
• Maintenance shed to be completed in two stages. Stage 1: Refer to architectural, Pier footings and R/C slabs, service pits and all included work from Grid A to Grid N. Structural portal frame and all included work to start from grid D to Grid N. Stage 2 involves structural portal frame from Grid A to C, Cladding from Grid A to D as per drawing will be carried out at a later date under a separate contract.
• Stage 1 work to include all safety line proprietary system for Roof Access and for train roof maintenance access (as specified in Roofing section).
• Stage 2 work is to include the extension of the above safety line system.
• Provide structural portal frame and steel cladding and reinforced concrete floor and metal roof to new extension of existing Service Exchange Area.
• Relocation and reconnection of electrical services.
• Relocation and reconnection of Communication services.
• Relocation and reconnection of cold water services main and meter on east side of property boundary. New cold water services main to run in ground parallel to Northern boundary fence.
• Relocation and reconnection of Fire Hydrant water service main.
• Option 1 as shown on Hydraulic site plan, from incoming main from street to new booster valves and reticulate through site to new and existing fire hydrants.
• Option 2 run new hydrant main through site adjacent to new cold water services main parallel to Northern boundary fence along to new booster valves and reticulate through site to new and existing fire hydrants.
• Relocation and reconnection of existing stormwater services and new lines with new connection to stormwater main in street
• Provision for new Oil Separator.
