TransGrid / 33KV INDOOR SWITCHGEAR AT TAREE SUBSTATION - 1429

TransGrid requires new 33kV indoor switchgear with a combined control/protection system to be installed in a switchgear building at TransGrid’s Taree substation.

The Work under the Contract as detailed in this Specification covers all works necessary for the design, provision of interfacing information, manufacture, test at Works, provision of “As Manufactured” drawings for the switchgear and switchgear accessories, transport and delivery to the nominated Site and subsequent erection for the 50Hz, 33kV indoor switchgear. The Concept Drawings provide additional information in relation to the intention of the Work.

The Work also includes the provision of all design, services, labour, materials, consumables, equipment and supervision necessary for the completion of Works.

TransGrid requires new 33kV indoor switchgear with a combined control/protection system to be installed in a switchgear building at TransGrid’s Taree substation. The acceptable type of switchgear includes GIS and Air/SF6 Encapsulated Metal Clad Switchgear. Outdoor air insulated switchgear is not accepted. The control/protection IEDs will be provided by TransGrid.
