Tender Details
The provision of planning, architectural, engineering and associated services related to redevelopment of the Principals depots at Wirra Crescent, Waratah West (NRC) and New England Highway, Tamworth (TAC).
The actual work to be undertaken will evolve as the Principal becomes aware of available options, technologies and requirements, and therefore some flexibility in the resource needs and output requirements is to be expected.
Note that although the expectation is that the Contractor will undertake all planning, architectural and design work for the term of the order, the Principal reserves the right to place alternative orders for similar work for any site.

Additional Details / Instructions
An on-site pre-tender meeting of both depots will be conducted on Thursday 23rd November 2006. The meeting will commence at 8:00am at TAC and at 2:00pm at NRC. The meeting will provide the opportunity for tenderers to fully acquaint themselves with matters and conditions affecting the work.
Prior to 12 noon Tuesday 21st November, notify Mr Neil Mitchell, Projects Engineer (Civil) on 02 49678 774 of any intention to attend either meeting.
