The Real Estate Services being sought by this tender include: • Sale of rural, residential, commercial, industrial or retail lands, improved or unimproved, which are typically surplus to Council requirements. This may also include the marketing and sale of new subdivisions that are developed by Council. • Leasing of improved Council owned properties. • Act as buyers agent in the acquisition of improved and unimproved land and easements, including commercial, retail, residential or rural, for Council purposes. • Other general real estate matters and advice. Please note: • Tenders may be submitted on the basis of providing some or all the services listed above. • The submission should clearly indicate which services are to be provided to Council. Please note the services you wish to provide in the space provided in section 3. • We reserve the right to engage Real Estate firms outside the Panel for particular projects, if required. • The lowest or any tender to provide Real Estate Services will not necessarily be accepted. |
