Penrith City Council (hereinafter referred to as “Council”) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to construct a new building for the Mulgoa Rural Fire Services Station (hereinafter referred as Mulgoa RFS Station) which is located at 1194 Mulgoa Road, Mulgoa. The scope of work covered in this Request for Tender (hereinafter referred to as “RFT”) involves partial demolition of the existing building, earthworks, construction of a new building on a large footprint and associated civil construction and landscaping works.
