Blacktown City Council is seeking submissions from suitable, qualified and experienced operators for the provision of catering services at Council meetings and functions held within the Nirimba Room Function Centre, located at Blacktown Administration Centre, 62 Flushcombe Road, Blacktown.
On average we hold 3 Council meetings a month in the Nirimba Room Function centre for 11 months a year (February to December). There are normally no Council meetings in the month of January, although they may on occasion be necessary. These meetings are typically attended by around 30 people, although on some occasions this number may be a little higher or lower. We also host around 1 – 5 functions a year in the Nirimba Room Function Centre.
