Tender Details

Conduct the financial audit of the University of New England and its controlled entities on behalf of the Auditor-General for NSW.

The successful firm will be appointed for a period of three years, with an option to extend for a further two years. The appointment as an "Audit Service Provider" will commence for the year-ending 31 December 2023

Tender briefing session 

Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend the virtual tender briefing session as it will provide a forum for tenderers to better understand the scope of works and expectations, and to ask questions of the Audit Office and the auditee regarding the scope of works. To receive an invitation to the briefing session, prospective tenderers must sign and return the non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement, as well as provide the names, position and contact details of attendees. 

Third Party Security Self-Assessment

It is a mandatory requirement for tenderers to complete a third party security self-assessment before the tender closing date.. The self-assessment only needs to be completed once by a tenderer, even if tendering for multiple RFTs. The need to complete a third party security self-assessment may be waived if a tenderer has completed it in the last 12 months. This is at the sole discretion of the Audit Office. 

Prospective tenderers should email the contact details of their CIO (or equivalent) to procurement@audit.nsw.gov.au so that a link to the self-assessment can be sent out to them.
