Penrith City Council is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced contractors with the proven ability to deliver a reliable service to convert Council’s hardcopy Application files and plans to digital format

Pre-Tender Briefing

All prospective tenderers are invited to attend a pre-tender briefing. The briefing will be initially held at the Council Civic Centre, 601 High Street, Penrith. Then following this, a site visit of each storage area will occur to ensure that prospective Tenderers are able to view and quantify the records to be digitised. 

Briefing at Penrith City Council, 1:00pm Monday 17 August followed at 2:30pm Archives storage St Marys.

Please note: The Site visits will be held in the 2 separate storage locations, Civic Centre Basement Storage area at Penrith and Archives storage area at St Marys.

All Request for Tender documents and addendums will be published via Penrith Council's Tendering Portal at https://360providers.apetsoftware.com.au/Public/pcctenders/PublicJobs.aspx 

All tenderers will need to register their attendance at this meeting, in the name of the organisation in which they will be tendering, including ABN and address. All attendees should notify the contact listed below of their intention to attend the meeting by email. Entry will not be permitted if you have not pre-registered
