Tender Details
Council requires a Panel of Valuers that can be requested to provide valuation advice including, but not
limited to areas of valuation practice itemised in Section 2.1.
There is no current list of properties to be valued. Valuations will be requested by various departments
within Council on an as needed basis over the term of the contract.
Council anticipates commissioning around 200 valuations per year across the categories outlined in the
tender documentation. These will be offered to valuers included on the Panel at Council’s discretion
