Council is calling for responses from suitably experienced Licenced Commercial Real Estate Agents to provide services within the Penrith Local Government Area in relation to the sale of an industrial property (2 x 8ha lots) located at 158-164 Old Bathurst Rd, Emu Plains NSW 2750.

Council purchased 158-164 Old Bathurst Rd, Emu Plains (the site) in April 2021. Council is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to assist in the exclusive marketing and sale of our industrial property/s - Lot 1 DP588918 & Lot 2 DP588919. This will include developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that targets potential buyers within the industrial sector, as well as the negotiation with interested parties that results in the successful sale of the site.
