Department of Education / Schools Spectacular - Audio-Visual and Lighting Production Services - DOE04518/23

This procurement seeks tenders for the provision of audio-visual and lighting production services for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 School Spectacular arena productions at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney Olympic Park.

The tender will allow for the market to tender for either service or both services (as separate contracts)

Market Briefing Session

The Department intends to hold a pre-tender market briefing session for the purpose of presenting a summary of the key requirements and procurement processes. The session is not compulsory but attendance is encouraged. Details are as follows;
