Blacktown City Council, a local authority under the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) and one of the largest Councils in Australia and the largest in NSW, is seeking proposals for Multi-unit Dwelling Bulk Waste Collection together with the related Processing/Disposal Services.

or as otherwise described in the Conditions of Tender.
