Penrith City Council invites builders and construction firms experienced with delivering multi-deck commuter car parks to express interest in being included on one or both shortlists being established for the separate select tender processes that will be conducted for the design and construction of each project.
The Australian Government has established funding for the delivery of two (2) commuter car parks (the Projects) on Council land at:
- Kingswood (the Kingswood Project)
- St Marys (the St Marys Project)
