Tender Details

NSW Ambulance (NSWA) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitable providers for a Virtual Clinical Care Centre (VCCC) Integrated Software Solution. The software solution would enable efficient and patient-centred care. It would streamline the experience of patients who call Triple Zero (000) and enable seamless transfer of incidents/cases between Control Centres and the VCCC.

 

This EOI is the initial part of a multi-phase procurement process to assess the suitability of the market capability for the Services within scope. The Successful Respondent(s) may be shortlisted to participate in a future RFT.

Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
