Penrith City Council (Council) is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced contractors, for the refurbishment of a Childcare facility at Werrington County within the Penrith Local Government Area (LGA)
General internal refurbishment works including modifications to the existing bathroom facilities and kitchen, new storage areas, replace existing floor linings with new, wall linings, services upgrade (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and security) new joinery and paint
New external vitrapanel cladding and illuminated signage
External works including building refurbishment and painting as detailed. Fully compliant access pathways, landscape and drainage works, and carpark works - access carparking spaces.
Site establishment including all required safety fencing, hoardings, pedestrian diversion etc.
360 uses an online questionnaire. Unlike other systems you cannot complete a long document that answers each criterion and expect it to be assessed. 360 is designed this way for probity reasons and to protect commercial-in-confidence materials.

A non-mandatory pre-tender site visit will be held at 10:00 AM on 28 November 2020 to address key elements in the tender.
Please note this will be the only site visit offered.
