NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Core and Cluster Tranche 3.2 - Aboriginal Led – EOI - RFI_68

The NSW Government has committed to establish and commence operation of new and refurbished core and cluster refuges for women and children escaping domestic and family violence (DFV), over four years from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2026.

 

The Core and Cluster facilities are being procured over three tranches. 

 

This Expression of Interest (EOI) package specifically relates to the Core and Cluster Tranche 3.1 (EOI) opportunity.

 

This EOI seeks to identify projects suitable for implementation, or that have commenced and can be further developed from December 2023, and be fully operational by 30 December 2024. Projects that can be delivered after 30 December 2024 are also welcome, and will be considered by exception by the Tender Evaluation Committee. 

 

In line with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, shortlisted EOI projects will be invited to participate in a RFT. Contracts cannot be awarded based on the EOI process alone.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

No
