Tender Details
A council representative will be available to conduct an inspection of the "Appointment Only" sites from 7:30 AM, August 31st, 2007 (see list entitled "Inspection of Sites" in RFT). Meet at the council administration building, 366 George St, Windsor. Tenderers can inspect other sites at any time.
Contractors quoting are to visit the site and satisfy themselves as to the nature and extent of works, facilities available and the difficulties entailed in the execution of the said works.
No extra amount, above the accepted quoted price, will be allowed because of work arising owing to neglect of this precaution.
