Council is seeking Tenders for the Construction of Additions and Alterations to the Londonderry Community Centre and Park Amenities Building Carrington Road, Londonderry.
The proposed building works involve a major upgrade of the facility and amenities building.
Pre Tender briefing
All prospective tenderers are invited to attend a pre tender briefing and site inspection. The briefing will be held on site Carrington Road, Londonderry on Monday 2 June 2008 commencing at 10.30 am.
Submission Details:
Submissions may be lodged electronically at the above address however, tenderers must also lodge a hard copy by placing the response in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Confidential - Tender for the Upgrade Londonderry Community Centre - Tender Number 06-07/08" and must be lodged by not later than 3.00 pm on Tuesday 17th June 2008 ("the Closing Date") in the Tender Box, Ground Floor Foyer, Council Civic Centre, 601 High Street, Penrith NSW. Tenders received after the advertised closing time will not be considered.
