The work involves full width widening and reconstruction of the existing road corridor commencing at Old Northern Road at Benaara Gardens, Castle Hill, right into Cecil Ave, left into Terminus Street and concluding at its northern intersection at Old Northern Road (approximately 1200m of roadway)
