Tender Details

Fairfield City Council is seeking professional organisations that can provide a high standard of capability in the construction of a two storey community building, including building services and associated civil works. As part of this requirement Fairfield City Council seeks excellent service and a strong commitment to provide optimum results. The project site is located at Lot 79 DP 435935 known as 10 Kenyon Street, Fairfield, which is located adjacent to Fairfield Town Centre, approximately 30km South West of the Sydney Central Business District. Submission of a Project Management Plan, addressing OHS requirements (such as risk assessments, hazard control plan, safe work procedures, WorkCover compliance, etc&), subcontractors, suppliers details, environmental management, and other details pertinent to the proper execution of the works. The Project Management Plan is required to be submitted prior to commencing any work on the site. The contract work shall be in accordance with the construction plans and relevant specifications including, but not limited to the following:. a. The construction of a two storey community building, including the installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services, b. The completion of external and internal finishes, and c. Fit out of specified items. d. Obtaining and compliance with construction certificate e. Obtaining interim occupancy certificate f. Supply and installation of security gate and fencing g. Restoration of all disturbed areas. The Contract for the works as specified and as shown on the drawings shall take the form of a Lump Sum contract.
