Construction of Amenities Block approximately 40 sq metres in area with male, female and accessible toilets. Town water is to be connected and supplimented by rainwater collected in the 10,000 litre tank and pumped to plumbing fixtures and fittings. Water and electrical services are to be extended from new metered services. A disable carpark space is to be provided in the existing carpark. Bitumen paving is to be extended from the carpark to the proposed amenities block and from the amenities block to Station Street.
