Tender Details

The contract work shall be in accordance with the construction plans and relevant specifications including, but not limited to the following:. a. Construction of a block retaining wall forming a flood detention basin and associated concrete, drainage, landscaping and other minor works. b. Remove existing driveway crossings and construct infill kerb and gutter and pathway including liaision with the residents. c. Liaise with Sydney Water for the sewer encasement, engage a Sydney Water approved consultant for the design and supervision. Note: this work will be carried out as a Provisional Item. d. Supply and installation of security gate as per the details. e. Supply and place sandstone rocks as per the details f. Prepare and submit for approval a Sediment Control plan and install sediment control measures as proposed, maintain during construction and remove on completion of the works. g. Locate all services on site prior to the commencement of any work on site. A copy of the services diagram including the location and levels must be submitted to the supervising Engineer. h. Submit Project Management Plan including Safe Work Method Statement (SWM) for the works, project specific requirements, sub-contractors and suppliers details, Occupational Health & Safety information, Environmental Management etc; The Safe Work Method Statement must be submitted prior to the commencement of any construction work on site. The SWM must identify potential hazards, hazard control measures, level of risk of all individual work items, the type of risks, proposed risk management etc. i. Restoration of all disturbed areas.
