Tender Details
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver a car park with approximately 600 (minimum) car parking spaces, incuding appropriate Access, special needs, motorcycle and bicycle spaces, plus retail/commercial sections, including but not limited to two levels covering approximately 1230m2 to the Auburn Road frontage of the site. At a future date Council may wish to consider redeveloping part of the retail/commercial section as a community facitity.
