WSROC / Expression of Interest for the Developer / Operator of the Academy Accommodation and Catering Services for the International Centre of Training Excellence (ICTE) at Blacktown International Sportspark Sydney - EOI C23/2020

Blacktown City Council (BCC) is embarking on an industry leading and visionary project, the International Centre for Training Excellence (ICTE) at the Blacktown International Sports Park (BISP) in Western Sydney.

Scheduled to open Q4 2022 the ICTE will be the centrepiece for BISP and reinforce Blacktown as the sporting capital of Western Sydney. It will serve the health needs of the local community along with catering for international, national and local athletes. Access to, physiotherapy, medical and sport science services will be provider along with training and recovery facilities embedded within a teaching and research environment.

Blacktown City Council is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified developers and/or operators to nominate and submit their preferred interest in one of the four (4) options relating to the Academy Accommodation and Café and Catering facility, as indicated below.

• Developer / Operator of Academy Accommodation + ICTE café / catering

• Operator Only of Academy Accommodation + ICTE café / catering

• Operator Only of Academy Accommodation

• Operator Only of ICTE café / catering
